Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Apex Pistol Training. We are committed to providing quality firearms training and maintaining a clear and consistent registration policy.

 

No-Refund Policy

 

All course registrations and payments made to Apex Pistol Training are non-refundable. Once a customer registers for a course and payment is received, the payment is not refundable.

 

Rescheduling

 

Customers may request to reschedule their course when the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled course start time.

 

Rescheduling is subject to course availability.

 

Transfers

 

Course registrations may be transferred to another person.

 

The original registrant should notify Apex Pistol Training of the transfer before the scheduled course. The person receiving the transfer must satisfy all applicable eligibility and course requirements.

 

A transfer does not create an entitlement to a refund, credit, or additional course.

 

Late Cancellations and No-Shows

 

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled course start time, as well as failure to attend a scheduled course, will normally result in the loss of the course payment.

 

However, Apex Pistol Training may, at its sole discretion, allow a student to reschedule after the 24-hour deadline when the student has a legitimate hardship, emergency, or other good reason.

 

Any such accommodation is made at the discretion of Apex Pistol Training and does not establish a right to a refund, credit, or rescheduling in future circumstances.

 

Cancellations by Apex Pistol Training

 

If Apex Pistol Training cancels or must reschedule a scheduled course, affected students will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.

 

In the event Apex Pistol Training cancels a course, the customer's registration may be rescheduled to another available course. Course cancellations by Apex do not create an automatic right to a monetary refund.

 

Course Availability

 

All rescheduling and transferred registrations are subject to course availability, applicable course requirements, and any requirements imposed by the applicable training provider, range, or governmental authority.
