BASIC SHOTGUN COURSE 

Join our 3-hour Shotgun Class, led by an NRA-Certified Shotgun Instructor who is passionate about sharing his experience and helping you become a proficient shotgun shooter. This course covers a wide range of topics, including safe gun handling, understanding the parts of a shotgun, different types of shotguns, ammunition selection, shooting fundamentals, gun cleaning, and range rules.  

We understand that every student has unique skill levels and preferences. That's why we offer personalized instruction tailored to your needs. Whether you are interested in Home defense, trap, skeet, wobble, sporting clays, or international shooting, our instructor will assess your abilities and guide you towards the right type of shooting that suits your skill level. You will understand the nuances of shotgun shooting from pump action to semi-automatic to break action.  

Our course focuses on range time instruction, specifically designed to teach you how to shoot shotguns at moving targets effectively. From target acquisition to leading your shotgun with precision, you will learn the techniques and strategies required to consistently hit your mark. 

 

Cost: $199 (plus $40 range fee)

Students are encouraged to bring the following items to class. However, we provide loaners free of charge if you don't have them :

• shotgun 

• eye and ear protection 

• ammo, shell size 7.5, 8, 9 (Ammo Not included but is available for purchase) 

• comfortable clothes (no V-neck shirts) 

• closed-toe shoes
